PROTEIN CONCENTRATION:      

1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution)
 

STORAGE PROCEDURES:  

Lyophilized: store at 4^o C.  After reconstitution, if  not intended for use within a month, aliquot and   store at ‑20^o C.
 

RECONSTITUTION:

Reconstitute with 0.5 ml of H₂0.  Mix gently, wash  the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. 
 

STABILITY:

Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4^o C.        
 

TITER:

1:1,000 dilution will block T cell proliferation induced by specific Ag or      concanavaline A.
 

NOTE:                The antibody was produced in BALB/c mice.
