Gene Cloning ($600):
You provide us with a gene name, or gene sequence, or an open reading frame (ORF)
name, we will clone the gene into our vector or your vector.
Vector Constructions ($500):
We can build your gene into various vectors for: (a) RNA interference (RNAi); (b)
tissue-specific gene expression; (c) bacterial, yeast, mammalian, and
baculovirus expression; (d) reporter gene studies (including drug resistance,
green, red, blue, yellow fluorescence, etc); and (e) targeted gene knock-out.
Site-directed Mutagenesis ($1,250):
The site-directed mutation can be base substitution, deletion, or insertion. The gene can be carried on any
vector and in the form of either single-stranded or double-stranded DNA.
Construction of Site-specifically Damaged DNA ($1,800):
~10 mg damaged plasmid DNA or 100-300 pmol linear DNA of up to 100 bp will be
provided. Single-stranded or double-stranded DNA containing a site-specific DNA
lesion can be constructed.
Protein Purification:
No gene? No antibody? No problem. Just tell us the protein or gene name and we
will provide you with the pure protein. We can purify your protein from two systems.
