Synthetic Human LHRH is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 10 amino acids and having a molecular mass of  1182.4 Dalton.

 

Ø      Physical Appearance:

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

 

Ø      Formulation:

The LHRH was lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution with no additives.

 

Ø      Solubility:

     The lyophilized LHRH is very soluble in water.

 

Ø      Stability:

Lyophilized LHRH although stable at room temperature, should be stored desiccated < 0°C.

 

Ø      Purity:

Greater than 98.0% as determined by:

 (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC, (b) Mass Spectral Anaylsis {MALDI-TOF exhibits correct Mw}.
