       ×         Description:

Synthetic Human Leuprolide is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 9 amino acids and having a molecular mass of  1209 Dalton.

 

Ø      Physical Appearance:

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

 

Ø      Formulation:

The Leuprolide was lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution with no additives.

 

Ø      Solubility:

     The lyophilized Leuprolide is very soluble in water.

 

Ø      Stability:

Leuprolide although stable at room temperature, should be stored desiccated < 0°C.

 

Ø      Purity:

Greater than 99.0% as determined by:

 (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC, (b) Mass Spectral Anaylsis {MALDI-TOF exhibits correct Mw}.
